Me and my family has stayed here for a week the staff is so great. They make you feel welcome . Our room was very clean and very nice room. Housekeeping works so hard and very friendly .they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The manager hes so nice and helpful . We have enjoyed our stay here.

My sister is staying their for a week with her kids and from what I've seen the man at the front desk was really nice, he seemed very passionate about making them comfortable with their stay. When I went in the room to help with luggage it was so clean and very nice there was a really nice big fridge, a little mini sink, and a hot plate. The only problem she's had so far was the tub got clogged but they fixed it in no time so overall it seems like a really nice place to stay I'll be going there this Saturday with my boyfriend so I can't wait!
Clean spacious rooms. My room has two sinks and a hot plate to cook. The people are nice n make you feel welcome. I have not had any problems here.
I’ve been staying in this motel now for eight months. The price for weekly stays aren’t even comparable to the other motels in and around Cartersville! The hospitality at the front desk is spot on, along with the cleaning staff. The updated rooms are comparable to any big chain hotel. With the security system on this property there’s no need to worry about your automobile while you enjoy a good night’s rest! I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family.
READ THIS! You get what you pay for. I mean this in a good way. I’ll start with yes, it looks sketchy, but listen. The front desk woman was super nice, she even gave me a water to drink when I asked to pay she said it’s ok (maybe she saw how tired I was who knows). All of her questions and the way she looked at my stuff tells me they prefer upstanding people stay here. It was 70 bucks and the room was clean, the AC unit ran cold and quiet(which is rare I e stayed in a lot of hotels), the room smelled perfectly fine, the water was hot, the tv and remote worked great and most importantly (to me) they have hard floating floors that look like wood that were clearly cleaned. I personally hate carpet in hotels, even the really nice ones, it’s gross to walk on barefoot. Overall for the price this place was perfect for a night off the road in a surprisingly comfortable king size bed. Would recommend.
Been here since September. Very pet friendly and has place for dogs to walk and play. Under new management new name from budgetel to heritage inn. The managers are really nice and work with you on weekly payments. Very prompt on repairs and housekeeping. Not sure about internet or TV here I have my own internet I use but when I did try to watch on demand on TV it kept stopping in middle of shows. Think this is fixed now though. New management went down on weekly rates for us now which is good but hopefully soon we be back on our feet and get us a house. But it's a great place to stay whether it be long term or short term.
Owners and staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Room is comfortable and the price is more than reasonable. Right off 75 makes getting to downtown cartersville easy. Best hotel experience I’ve had. Feels like home!
